Unable To Modify Existing Zonemodel using Import Export Utility (Doc ID 1673074.1)

Goal

On : PDC 11.1.0.4.0 version, Import Export Utility

Issue:

* While importing new set of zone items under existing zonemodel in PDC, the following error appeared :

[pin@devbin]$ ImportExportPricing -import -config export_config_2014-04-10_VOICE_final.xml
PLEASE ENTER KEY PASSWORD TO DECRYPT THE PASSWORD(S) :
Log file location:/u01/app/pdc/opt/portal/pdc/apps/bin/ImportExportPricing_20140410223000_801_%g.log
Arguments specified:[-v, -import, -config, export_config_2014-04-10_VOICE_final.xml, -url, t3://1.2.3.4:7803, -pdcuser, pinpdcadmin, -appsvruser, weblogic]
Error during- Import
Exception in Pricing server
Error in importing from an XML file: The Database integrity constraint violated.
ORA-00001: unique constraint (PINPDC.SYS_C005910) violated


*  See below xml being used :
    For same destination code one wants to have two different impact categories.
