Receiving "Badge Number Is Required." Using M2-BasicItemActivity For a Meter Related Activity (Doc ID 1673304.1)

Goal

When sending a FA from CCB through the FWPIP, MWM is rejecting the FA with the following message "Badge Number is required." when the FA does indeed have a badge number populated. This seems to be happening only with the M2-BasicItemActivity and M2-NonSPBasicItemActivity Activity Type BO's as we are able to successfully create the Activity in MWM using the same route (CCB through the FWPIP) when we use the M2-DisconnectMeterActivity BO on the same Activity Type.
