On environment running OCNCC, while running RDA HCVE, the following rule is failing.
Rule A11020 - This rule verifies the content of the ``nettune`` file.
No ``nettune`` file`` |There must be a ‘nettune’ file.
This rule verifies that there is a script applying changes in the way the Network interface behave on Service Logic Controllers (/etc/init.d/nettune see rule A11020).
