Trigger Status Show In All Instances Regardless Of Selecting Any Instance In CCG 5.5.1 (Doc ID 1676753.1)

Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, Oracle Configuration Controls Governor (CCG), CCG monitors setup data in business management applications. It can take “snapshots” that document application setups; compare snapshots with one another, to show how application setups differ; and employ change tracking to monitor changes,
When attempting to review the status report for change tracking definitions , it is showing triggers for other ERP instance .



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Report shows all triggers for all instances in the CCG . It does not designate the instance which we selected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The change tracking trigger status report should show only the triggers for the ERP instance selected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CCG and make sure that two ERP instances are enabled in the ERP workbench.
2. Review the trigger status in the first instance 1.  
3. Update a change tracker definition in second instance 2.
4. Run the change tracker definition to enable the trigger.
5. Review the trigger status report from both instances (instance 1 and instance 2).
6.They look identical.  
7. All triggers are seen in the trigger status report regardless of the instance it is requested from.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users go live is getting affected in production instance. Currently multiple users are affected with no workarounds. All other modules of CCG remain unaffected.
