Particular case hangs when switching between tabs (Doc ID 1679657.1)

Symptoms

 The application is hanging for a specific migrated case.  The following error is being returned:

 

Changes

 Run the below query to determine if any new line characters are present.

 If the value returned is not '1', this is what is causing the issue.
