Particular case hangs when switching between tabs

Application hangs for particular case and it is a migrated case and it shows the below error.
Run the below query to find any new line characters are there.
select regexp_count( email,chr(13) ) from case_reporters where case_id = <Case id of the case having problem>
Select regexp_count( email,chr(10) ) from case_reporters where case_id = <Case id of the case having problem>
If the value returns other than value '1' then that is creating the issue.
