Argus logs are getting generated even after stopping "Argus Safety Service" (Doc ID 1680906.1)

In the transaction server user have stopped the services "Argus Safety Service" and "Argus Safety Windows Service"
However they observed that the logs are generated for the AG process even if the services are stopped.
