i.
OC : Discrepancy Database screen => Discrepancy History for a discrepancy : shows latest record with 'Created On' = 29-OCT-2013 03:31:15

ii.
query the DISCREPANCY_ENTRIES table for the same discrepancy which shows MODIFICATION_TS = 20-FEB-2014 / MODIFIED_BY=OPS$XXXXX
