Goal

ETM/ETPM - Oracle Enterprise Taxation and Policy Management, v2.3.1.1

Error is raised while running batch CIPVTNDV referring to the FK for CI_PAY_TNDR.TNDR_CTL_ID. It seems that this is validated against STGADM.CI_TNDR_CTL and not CISADM.CI_TNDR_CTL.
(STGADM is the schema of the conversion environment. CISADM is the schema of the production environment.)
