Symptoms
On : 9.3.2 version, Web Client
Find that Java Client preference "Allow Download of File Productivity Components" is set to No,
but in the Web Client, when pressing "Open" button to a file attachment, Java Applet launches.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When Java Client preference "Allow Download of File Productivity Components" is set to No,
pressing "Open" button to a file attachment in Web Client should not launch Java Applet.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Java Client preference "Allow Download of File Productivity Components" is set to No
2. Login with Web Client and press "Open" button to a file attachment
