Symptoms
On : 7.3.1.0.0 version, Subscription Management
Product on cycle_arrear is getting triggered but no balance impact if purchased on billing day with validity as one month during billing.
If the same product is purchased for multiple months validity, then for the last month it is not getting triggered during billing.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

No impact on the balance for cycle arrear event.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There should be have balance impact.
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an account.
2. Change the pvt (pin_virtual_time) to BDOM and run the billing.
3. On the same day, purchase the cycle_arrear product with some quantity and validity as one billing cycle/month.
4. Change the pvt to next BDOM and run the billing.
5. Cycle_arrear product got triggerred and no currency impact.
NOTE: The product proration for cancellation is set to "Do not charge for this cycle".
