Symptoms
On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps
When attempting to create and run a Snapshot definition
the following error occurs.

Error: Populate Snapshot Selects routine failed. ORA-04052: error occurred when
looking up remote object AM_AGENT.DBMS_SQL@PERF6_AM_AGENT_LINK
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 2
ORA-28000: the account is locked
ORA-02063: preceding line from PERF6_AM_AGENT_LINK

1. Logn to the CCG
2. CCG WorkBench > CCG > Add Definition
3. Select ERP instance and
4. Definition Type as SnapShot and Submit the job
