PDC Screen Is Blank In Browser After Login (Doc ID 1684741.1)

Goal

On WebLogic Server 10.3.6 with patch 12932224, ADF 11.1.1.6.0 , BRM 75PS8 and PDC 11.1 PS5  (JDK 1.7+); after installing PDC, when we login through the admin console, the browser is showing a blank screen. What is the possible reason for such behavior ?
