Search result on Reports > Compliance > Submitted does not match with Submitted Date

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a Search is executed on Reports > Compliance > Submitted menu screen wit specifying 'From (GMT)' and 'To (GMT)' as search criteria,
report records which submitted date are not in the specified date range are listed on screen.
If user specifies very short range to narrow down a specific report submitted at a specific date time, many other reports records are listed which are outside of criteria.
