CCG Installation Fails With Error: Return Code = 1 (Doc ID 1905009.1)

Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

When attempting to install CCG 551, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Critical Step Failed. Step 32 Failed with RC = 1.
Error Text: PgmProcessor: Error Returned from External Processor.
Return Code = 1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to install CCG.
2. Input values required by CCG to proceed with the installation.
3. See that the installation fails with the above mentioned error.
