Prepaid And Rating Pipeline Not Starting On Production

Symptoms
On BRM 7.3.1 with rollup patch 9864771, after the latest migration, one of the six Rating Pipeline frameworks is not starting anymore on Production.
A core dump is getting generated, and no errors are found in the process logs or the pipeline logs. The analysis of the core dump shows that a segmentation fault happened on the thread-31.
The issue is reproduced each time on Production, the same thread (thread-31) causes the segmentation fault.
