PCG 7.3.x: How to disable the Flow Rule AutoClosure's as Autoclose FYI Option is unavailable? (Doc ID 1906025.1)

On : 7.3 version, Flow Rules: Notifications

PCG flow rule notification are moved to closed status automatically

I have created a PCG flow rule for sending a notification to the collector of the respective customer when a order is placed on credit check failure hold.

Notifications is sent successfully. But the notification is been sent in open status and withing few seconds the status is been changing to closed.
Can we make that notification status to remain as open until the user opens it and clicks on OK button.
