Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide directions for requesting Retail software media for physical CD/DVD shipment or download URL when you have trouble accessing the software from the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud website.  Additionally, this information applies to situations in which the requested product version is older (i.e., not the most current Retail release) and is unavailable for download.
