On : 12.1.3.8 version, Planner workbench

Gantt Chart crashes after applying VCP 12.1.3.8 cum patch

lose all functionality from Java when in Gantt chart

"AWT-EventQueue-2" java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.msc.gantt.client.main.GanttHgridListener.rowSelecting(GanttHgridListener.java:121)
