Partner Portal Manager On Multiple Endpoints (Doc ID 1912009.1)

Goal

Installed Partner Portal Manager on WebCenter working with a cluster setup on 2AT-2NT OCSG servers. During the installation,  specified the PRM endpoint for the portal, which is the URL for AT server.
However, only allowed to put one AT endpoint each time even though though have a cluster of 2 AT servers. Under this configuration, if that target AT is down, the portal manager will not be able to work as well.

When tried to put two URL under prmconifg.properties with the following format but none of them is working.

PRMEndpoint=http://IP:PORT;http://IP:PORT
PRMEndpoint=http://IP:PORT;IP:PORT

What should be done to put both AT as the PRMEndpoint so that the manager will work with either one of the AT servers?
