Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

Issue Description
-------------------------

Customer has installed CCG 5.5.1 on Solaris OS and Weblogic server. After installation, when he try to start the weblogic server he gets an exception.


ERROR
-----------------------

org.quartz.SchedulerConfigException: Failure occured during job recovery. [See nested exception: org.quartz.JobPersistenceException: Failed to obtain DB connection from data source 'myDS': org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory, cause: Io exception: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install CCG 5.5.1.
2. Restart Weblogic server.
3. Check exception.txt file.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work on CCG application.
