Last updated on NOVEMBER 15, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Convergence - Version 2.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

A user is composing a mail in Rich Text format and then unchecks the "Rich Text" checkbox under Options in the compose tab to switch to Plain Text format.  If the message has already been saved to Drafts before the switch, either manually or by auto-save, and the user adds or modifies text subsequent to the save, then after the message has been sent the recipient of the mail will not see the text that was modified after the last save prior to switching to plain text.
