Some characters are garbled and appear as question marks in Medical Summary Report

When printing the medical support report,
some multi-byte characters in the
"reporter institution" and "J narrative" fields are garbled and appear as a question marks.

For example:
- Multi-byte micro character(µ) will be garbled

- If the line feed character is a multi-byte character, then this character will be garbled


1. Enter the character in the case form > "reporter institution" and/or "J narrative" fields
2. Save the case
3. Navigate to Case action > Print > Medical Summary
