Exception / Database Error at modification of User Account

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When user tries to change anything on an Argus Safety User Account and click [Save] button,
an error pop-up appears and unable to save the change.
Please contact your system Administrator.
This happens for any User Accounts.
This was found when tried to reset a User Account's password.
It was unable to save for the password resetting.
