Symptoms
Pin_collect is not calling PCM_OP_PYMT_COLLECT opcode if the value of per_batch = 1 in pin_billd pin.conf file.
As per business requirement, user need to send one transaction at a time to DM CYBER SOURCE but pin_collect is not calling even PCM_OP_PYMT_COLLECT opcode.
