Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), the Product to Instrument Mapping program (fn_Product_Instrument_Map) fails.  The following error exists in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG:

Starting Product to Instrument Mapping
#1 Member Definition Not Found in Dimension : 2 While Processing Instrument table FSI_D_MORTGAGES
Completed With Errors

The error prevents the Product to Instrument Mapping program from populating FSI_M_PROD_INST_TABLE_MAP.
