Symptoms

On :  7.5.0.7.0 version, Subscription Management

On production environment, a lot of CRM requests are failing with error PIN_ERR_NOT_FOUND.
As investigated further, the issue is after applied latest <Patch 19225422> Refund of cycle_forward after termination assigned to the next bill during

Configuration:
a) config_billing_delay set to 1 day.
b) actg_cycle_dom set to 1.
c) calc_cycle_from_cycle_start_t set to 0

Steps:
1. At Sep 1, 2014 create a plan with a deal having a product and discount
2. At Sep 15, 2014 inactivate both product and discount
3. At Sep 25, 2014 reactivate both product and discount deal with effective_time Sep 20, 2014
