500 error occurs when opening the attached document from the previous case revision

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When viewing the attached documents in the "additional information" tab from the previous case revision,
the document cannot open with the following errors.
An error has occurred
Error Code: 500
Error Message: Internal Server Error
1. Login to Argus
2. Open the case and go to the additional info tab
3. Upload the document (PDF/doc file etc)
4. Save the case
5. Update the case data and save the case. Repeat this step few times.
6. Navigate to case action > case revisions
7. Select the one of the recent revisions
8. Go to the "additional information" tab
9. Click the icon to view the document
The following error dialog box appears.
