Is It Possible To Install PDC On A Different Server Than BRM/Pipeline?

Goal
Due to any business reasons, If user want to install PDC on a separate physical machine that of BRM/Pipeline,
i.e. PDC and BRM/Pipeline Manager both are on different machine, is this possible?
If above configuration is possible, Since during PDC installation it is asking for BRM and BRM Pipeline directory, without giving option for giving machine host(IP) detail,
Please suggest how to proceed further, is there any workaround such that PDC and BRM/Pipeline can be on different machine ?.
