Full Text Search (FTS) Fails When Agile Java Client | Admin Tab | Server Settings | Locations | File Manager URL Is Set To HTTPS.
'Update Content URLs Now' populates the Content URL with https://

Expected Behavior

Expect 'Update Content URLs Now' populates the Content URL with http:// URL

Facts

'File Manager URL' in Agile Java Client | Admin Tab | Server Settings | Locations is set to https://filemanager.<DOMAIN_NAME>.com/Filemgr/AttachmentServlet

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure File Manager so that it will be accessed using https
2. On the upgrade environment, populate Content URL for FTS using 'Update Content URLs Now'.
   On the new environment, add attachment file which is supported by FTS to any object
3. Login to sqlplus as agile database user, and run below sql to check content_url in database. It shows https://
   
4. Run FTS index and it fails
