XAI Error Due To Failed Authentication With LDAP (Doc ID 1925510.1)

Goal

During a web service call to XML Application Integration (XAI) in Production intermittently a fault is received which is presented in the logs like a authentication error while authenticating with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
This happens in less than 5 % of the calls. The user id does exist in LDAP as well as Oracle Enterprise Taxation and Policy Management (ETPM) User table.
