Undo Allocation History Screen is Blank Not Showing Processed Allocations (Doc ID 1925603.1)

Symptoms

On PFT 6.1 and 8.0, some allocations are not listed or displayed and seem to be missing from the Allocation History User Interface (UI) even though they are listed in FSI_DATA_IDENTITY table.   Therefore, undo of the allocation is not possible.

Allocations appear successfully for some As of Dates.  For other As of Dates, the screen is blank.

Example:

An Internet Explorer (IE) script error may appear in the lower left corner of the screen with "Error on page."  After clicking on the Details icon, further error details appear:

The allocation may appear if searching on a specific name.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

1. Navigate to Allocation History and set the pagination.
2. Select As of Date for recently processed allocations.
3. There are a few pages of Allocation History that have data, but some pages are blank.
