Symptoms
On OFSAAI 7.3.3.0.0 when attempting to access any created DEFQ Forms, an error occurs.
ERROR
Error 500: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.iflex.fic.defi.until.cache.CacheManager (initialization failure)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to any form in Unified Metadata Manager > Data Entry Forms and Queries > Data Entry.
OR
2. Navigate to and form in Financial Services Applications > Master Maintenance > Data Entry Forms and Queries > Data Entry.
