Not Able To Restart Argus Report Service After Modifying Logon Credentials (Doc ID 1927182.1)

Argus Safety Service could be successfully started with "Log on as"  is set to "Local System Account".

When the Argus Safety Service service was started with "Log on as " is set to "This account"  and a valid login name and password, the following error is displayed:

Windows could not start the Argus Safety Service service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
