Not Able To Retrieve Values From Task Transition after Upgrading To OSM 7.2.2 (Doc ID 1927383.1)

Oracle Communications Order and Service Management - Version 7.2.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

After upgrading from OSM 6.3.1 to OSM 7.2.2 you are no longer able to retrieve values in  task transition notification automators.

Customer migrated an OSM 6.3.1 cartridge to 7.2.2, and built that successfully. While testing, they are facing issues when some Notification Automations get triggered.

If a task fails, they are generating a notification using an XSLT Sender plug-in.

The problem is, the GetOrder.Response xml of the task has all the values of elements which they mapped in task template but when it comes to the task transitions, most of the tags in the xml are missing hence they are not able to parse the values of those tags using our xsl code.

The xsl was working fine in the older version of OSM.

System was upgraded from OSM 6.3.1 to OSM 7.2.2
