Goal

The necessary type of configuration on a juniper device is:
set routing-instances <vrf_name> protocols bgp group <vrf_name> ...

The Oracle Junos VPN cartridge auto-generates the bgp group as EBGP-CE-Peers as follows:
set routing-instances <vrf_name> protocols bgp group EBGP-CE-Peers

Is it possible to specify other group-name values instead of EBGP-CE-Peers?
