When Using FF Or Chrome, Excel Table Borders Not Visible After Paste of Cells in Convergence Mail Compose Tab
(Doc ID 1928067.1)
Last updated on MARCH 08, 2019
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Convergence - Version 2.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
When copying cells - where borders are enabled on those cells - from an MS Excel spreadsheet and
pasting those into a Convergence mail compose window, then
when using as browser :
- Internet Explorer : pasted cells are visible in a table form and borders around cells are visible.
- Firefox or Chrome : pasted cells are still in table form but there are no visible borders surrounding the cells
Loosing these borders of the pasted cells makes the cell data is difficult to read when Internet Explorer is not used as browser.
When looking into the mail body of mails sent with these copied cells, then in Internet Explorer you have this :
Mark how much of html style has been lost.
Is this a browser dependant issue, or a bug in Convergence ?
