SIA Version Information in WAM Forms Help is Incorrect (Doc ID 1930917.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading WAM, the SIA version in the Forms Help is not in sync with the WAM patch that was applied.  The SIA version on the WAM Home page IS correct.

For example, the screen shot below shows that the Patch version 1.9.1.1 was applied.  However, the SIA version in brackets still points to version 1.9.0.4.9.
