After adding a new channel, the job_controller log file shows errors about a channel which already existed and was not changed:

The first pair above only happened one time. It was the first message in the job_controller log file.
The second pair continued to happen repeatedly.

After restarting the MTA, the problem did not happen again.

Recent addition of a channel (adding to imta.cnf) and restart.
