Symptoms

PROBLEM
-------------
New orgs and their data are not showing after collection run. The ORG_ID is not showing up in the MRP table MSC_COLLECTED_ORGS.

STEPS
--------
NAV: Advanced Planning Administrator / Admin / Instances - then add the new Org to the list of organizations
then /Collections / Standard Collections to launch the request set
When completed - the use Collections / View Collected Data to check workbench
