Goal


Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version 7.0.2

Facing an issue while re-generating ICSR reports in cases.

Initial report has been generated to the Spanish authority, however after generating then make changes in the case data.

Now save the case and regenerate the report.

To re-generate the report opt to route the report to 'New Data Available' stage and then route it to 'Generation' stage.

After routing it to generation stage, then opt to transmit the new re-generated report but sometimes see that the new data is not reflected in the report

 

Please let us know the correct process to generate/pick-up new data.
