Symptoms

When attempting to execute fn_drmDataLoader for the Org Unit dimension, the following error occurs in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG:

Error:
ORA-00001: unique constraint (<atomic>.DIM_ORG_UNIT_TL) violated

The same error can occur for the other dimensions.  For example:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (<atomic>.DIM_COMMON_COA_TL) violated
