"ProjectName.jar" File Is Not Created In Lib Folder (Doc ID 1937282.1)

Symptoms

After modifying Action Processor class and building the whole project,  the .jar file was not updated in the lib folder. So, the user deleted the jar file and then cleaned and built the whole project again, but the  "ProjectName.jar" file was not created in the lib folder.
