Goal

In Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS) 13.2.x, no picks are generated after running the run_distribution.sh batch for a stock allocation with a decimal quantity.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a transfer that has a requested quantity containing a decimal.
2. Distribute in RWMS and attach to a wave.
3. Run the run_distribution.sh batch.
4. After execution, note that there are no pick_directives produced.
