The "Configure Redirection Counter" And "Set Redirection Counter" Nodes Causes the slee_acs Processes to have "Fatal Engine" Errors (Doc ID 1939035.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to Network Charging and Control (NCC/OCNCC) release 5.0.2, if a control plan passes through either the "Configure Redirect Counter" or "Set Redirection Counter" nodes then slee_acs reports a "Fatal Engine Error" resulting in the call failing to complete successfully.  The slee_acs process log file output will look similar to the following when this occurs:
