Symptoms

On :  5.5.1 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

When attempting to save new ERP  data for DEV in the Agent screen
the following error occurs.

 Please confirm Database Host, Database Port, Database SID, SYSTEM Password


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Administrator >ERP instances > Edit the ERP instance > Edit CCG Agent > Complete the fields > click on save button > Type the CCG agent pass, APPS user pass and SYSTEM pass > click on proceed button > then the error appears.
