Symptoms


 On Applications Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version 7.0.3

 When attempting to generate E2B xml files in the ESM out directory files are not generated.

Review of the logs shows the below warning being thrown:

Error has occurred on Line: 0, Source Text: , Error Code: 0
