Icons Not Displayed In CDI Map Due to Default MapViewer Image Settings (Doc ID 1943804.1)

The icons (Crew,Activity etc) don not show up on the CDI Map by default when the CDI Map is opened.

However, when the map is opened using the globe icon next to an activity on the activity list, the icons are displayed on the map as expected.
