Last updated on JULY 13, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety - Version 7.0.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version 7.0.3

The CASE_STUDY.CODE_BROKEN is not populating as expected

For example

A blinded Study Case was booked in by LAM user and was routed and accepted by central.

Ideally a blinded Case has value set as “0” in code_broken column of Case_Study table.

However in this Scenario, null value is getting stored.

Also when central user tried saving the same case in Argus Safety, the null value in code_broken column is retained.
