Mandatory Linux Packages for ASAP on Linux 5/6/7

Goal
The following Linux packages are required to be installed prior to ASAP installation. If they are missing, various issues may arise during installation of ASAP, or even at runtime.
Typical errors due to missing the packages:
- Unable to start SARM/NEP/JNEP:
$ASAP_BASE/programs/asc_nep: error while loading shared libraries: libldap-2.3.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
$ASAP_BASE/programs/asc_nep: error while loading shared libraries: libsasl2.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
$ASAP_BASE/programs/asc_nep: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
- Installation fails:
Setup.product.install, com.installshield.product.actions.ASAPServiceActivationModelPostCheck, err, Configure POTS Service Activation Model - Failed
ASAP Installer fails to start in both GUI and console mode.
When installing ASAP 7.3 the GUI installer stops at 9% without any obvious error.
- Unable to configure NE using asapConfig on a Linux platform
