Unable To Transmit Attachments Via E2B Xml In V703 (Doc ID 1947243.1)

Argus Safety 7.0.3

In Argus Safety Version 7.0.3 when manually submitting or scheduling via a rule an E2B Report, there is an option to select to include a cover letter.

However this cover letter is not generated either in the esm\out directory or the esm\attachment directory specified for the report.

According to the Argus Interchange Users Guide 7.0.3
Section 'Transmitting and Monitoring E2B Reports 4-4', at runtime you can select Cover Letter with the report if desired, so looks as if this should be a valid action.

However this does not appear to work currently as it appears to only consider
data under the case attachments e.g.

Manually attach the cover letter to the case as a formal attachment via [Additional Information] under 'Notes and Attachments' which then works
